Kiss away the signs of ageing

There is no greater dream for a woman than that of timeless beauty. But, It is a fact that we are all going to age at some point or another. However the lifestyle that most of us are leading today is leading to premature aging. Let us tell you some ways to delay premature aging.

There are a lot of anti-ageing products available in the market. But, are they really effective? Even if some of these products work they can only reduce the signs of ageing. If you wish to delay ageing, you will have to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Here are some of the ways to kiss away the effects of aging.

Quit Smoking: Kick the habit away as soon as possible. Not only it leads to cancer but also it is bad for your skin. It restricts blood flow to the skin making your complexion dull, and causes wrinkles and fine lines. It makes you look older than your actual age.

Sleep: Sleeping is one habit that everyone loves to indulge in but no one seems to have the time for. Sleep is  undoubtedly the most important thing for a healthy skin. It has been proved that a good night's sleep reduces the rate of ageing by repairing cell damage. You should sleep for at least seven to eight hours. It is also a great form of meditation and thus reduces tension.

Eat and Drink Right: Fruits and vegetables have natural water content which helps in preventing dehydration, Also they  are high on several vitamins and antioxidants that play a key role in neutralizing free radicals and making your skin glow.

Exposure to Cold Weather: Cold winds and low temperatures make your skin dry and thus contribute to ageing. So, whenever you venture out in the cold, just be sure to use a good moisturiser as dry skin is more prone to wrinkles.

Sun Exposure: Make sure that you use a good sunscreen and wear a scarf or a hat whenever you step out in the sun. Exposure to sun for long hours is very harmful for skin. It not only changes skin shade but also adds unwanted lines to your skin.

Exercise: Exercise not only helps you to flaunt a great figure but also gives you a better skin. It increases blood circulation which allows Oxygen rich blood to reach different parts of body thus giving skin the natural glow.
