Chawli and Sprouted Moong Chaat (Pregnancy Recipe)

A simple, wholesome meal by itself, this multi-nutrient chawli and sprouted moong chaat also contains vitamin c-rich cabbage, tomatoes and spring onions. The varying textures and flavours of the chaat make it an interesting snack.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soaked and boiled chawli (black-eyed beans)
  • 1/4 cup sprouted moong (whole green gram)
  • 1/2 cup boiled , peeled and cubed potatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped spring onions whites
  • 1/4 cup chopped spring onion greens
  • 1/4 cup chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. 1Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
