    Recipe–Mango Salsa

    Toss up some mouth-watering mango salsa!

    Ingredients:


        Ripe mangoes – 2
        Cucumber – 1/2
        Red pepper – 1
        Green pepper – 1
        Jalapeno – 1
        Green chilies – 2
        Coriander – handful
        Lemon – 1
        Salt – to taste
     
    Method:

    Take the two ripe mangoes (don’t waste Alphonsos on this) and dice them.
    Dice the cucumber, red pepper, green pepper, jalapeno, and two green chilies. Chop up the coriander.
    Mix all the ingredients together.
    Squeeze the juice of the lemon over the mixture and sprinkle with salt.
    Chill the mixture in the fridge and your mango salsa is ready!
    Serve it either as a salad with grilled fish or chicken. Or even serve it just as a starter.
