This list would not have been complete without including this actor. Though he is the only male actor in this long list, he deserves to be on the top spot. He has been known to sport bright and, most often, uncoordinated colours like Yellow, Green and Red. In fact, these types of outfits were termed as Govinda-style. Being a comic actor is fine but going as far as using your clothes as props for the act is a bit too much, don’t you think?
