A delicious breakfast on a highway in Guatemala from a comedor (roadside food shack). A thick corn tortilla was lathered in mayo and then had two fried green onions laid on top with slices of beef, grilled onions, cottage cheese and some tomato sauce drizzled all over it. This filling and tasty meal cost just 15 Quetzals ($1.90).
